                          WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Bike Week ATL 2026, I hereby
voluntarily waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, injuries, or
property loss that I, my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or may in the
future accrue, as a result of my participation in this event.
I understand and acknowledge that motorcycle-related events involve inherent risks,
including but not limited to physical injury, collisions, equipment failure, and the actions of
other participants or spectators. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of
bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation.
This release is intended to discharge in advance Bike Week ATL 2026, its organizers,
promoters, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, participating clubs, the host cities and
municipalities, and all associated public entities, including their officers, agents, employees,
and representatives, from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with
my participation in this event.   
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all persons and entities mentioned above from any
loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation.
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this event and that I will comply with
all event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by event officials.
I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
This release shall be binding upon me and my legal representatives.
